The gap between where you are and where you want to be isn’t filled with motivation. It’s filled with repetition. Showing up on the days you don’t feel like it. Doing the unsexy work no one sees. Staying consistent when results are invisible. Motivation gets you started and

Hint for those people trying to make new friends or find their partner - listen. Really listen without trying to fix, change or debate. You should be able to repeat what your partner just said, if not you are most likely not listening.
