Had the worst time with @UPS_UK this week. They lost my parcel then supposedly found it. Made multiple promises (including for today) and not managed to stick to a single one of them. I've had to do all the legwork to sort yet they still let me down. Useless

What's going on @RoyalMailHelp - first you retain saying we asked not to deliver (we didn't. You delivered other things that day). Then we weren't in (we were, no card was left). Now that you've tried delivering at 6.20am today (you didn't and I'm in). Embarrassing. Help me out

First time it happened it was the day after it came out, so NatWest said they'd not do anything Second time they said they'd cancel it and refund (didn't happen) Third time, today, I've been hung up on twice and spent 40 mins calling. DM sent. But this isn't good.

Hey @ZenInternetHelp we've been getting intermittent outages, an hour at a time, up to 6 or 7 times during the day (have not been tracking at night). Really not good enough for what we are paying, especially as we work from home.
