When will we be able to break our financial link between gas and renewables?.If more batteries are needed we simply need to enable all our electric vehicles batteries to easily reverse feed the grid (V2G), as exemplified by @VW lDs and a few others.

As an EV and cycle user I am happy to pay for pothole filling but only on 20mph roads which should be all single track roads. Whilst EVs are heavy the regenerative braking and light acceleration protects against tyres and road wear. Taxing non-green electric supply better for us.
