We still have concerns over how much higher ed money will be shifted into School Aid to free up general fund dollars for other purposes.
Oddly, the school aid budget analysis floating around does NOT include higher ed. Hmmm.

The House and Senate were in session all day, nothing was voted on and we still don’t have a budget. House returns to session at 12:01 am, Senate at 12:30 am #miched
Where things stand at 12:02 a.m.: Michigan misses budget deadline, but Gov. Gretchen Whitmer says state operations will continue. Whitmer hasn't explained what legal basis is allowing the government to stay open as normal without a budget.

There’s been an “agreement” since last week’s press release. At this point, until it’s public, it’s not real.
