The fallback is quite fancy because the values toggle when the matched element will have a dark or light color scheme. It is not purely based on the media query. To mimick this we inject space toggles each time you set a color-scheme property.

You can use future CSS in Svelte today if you `npm i -D postcss-preset-env` and add `postcss.config.js`. π₯ Stage 2 features are enabled by default but use `features` to enable others: https://t.co/NYKu9406nH. I'm using CSS nesting and custom media queries in major browsers.
