I stopped using tabs and never looked back β€” I prefer fuzzy search where you can just do `route+` instead of searching for things with your eyes.

I started adding interactive examples to the Svelte post and it's taking forever because I wrote a book. πŸ˜‚

Svelte Flow is a wonderful library for node-based UIs. I thought it used canvas but it's regular ass HTML using transforms and SVG paths so it's easy to create custom nodes and it's butter. I only wish you could animate the nodes but maybe it's a skill issue.

We’re making GPT-5 warmer and friendlier based on feedback that it felt too formal before. Changes are subtle, but ChatGPT should feel more approachable now. You'll notice small, genuine touches like β€œGood question” or β€œGreat start,” not flattery. Internal tests show no rise in.

I wanted to release the Svelte 5 guide later since I was thinking about interactive examples but here you go if you like reading and I would love your feedback as I work on the video. πŸ˜„.

I thought this would take a week and it's a month later but it's done! πŸ‘. The Svelte video is going to be absolute cinema with a runtime to match. I'm also looking for sponsors if anyone is interested hit me up β€” I can even read your poetry. I cooked on this one chat 😀.

Heads up if you use `$effect.pre` to do something before the DOM updates with async Svelte because it no longer runs before control flow blocks are updated. In this example you don't need it but it took me a while to figure out why it doesn't work.

Let's talk about the future of Svelte!. Everyone is excited about the recent async and remote functions proposals, but why? Let's explore how data loading works in Svelte today and what problems they solve.

You can now use SvelteKit remote functions under an experimental flag as of v2.27!. They also added query states and being able to access typed params from props. ❀️.

How do package imports just work in the Svelte playground?. It turns out external imports are turned into a `npm://$/<name>@<version>/<path>` format which gets replaced by the contents of the parsed npm tarball later. πŸͺ„. At least I think so! Not sure how Rollup works exactly. πŸ˜…
