I learned this in Venezuela, borrowing Bolivares & holding USD. Fiat debt, used responsibly & to buy assets, can turn inflation from a headwind to your savings into a tailwind to your net wealth. Today, I borrow USD when needed and hold BTC @hodlwithLedn.
To borrow in the worlds most inflationary asset. To buy the worlds most deflationary asset. To build with the worlds most (ultimately) productive asset. Why wouldn’t this trade of a lifetime command a premium.

New ATH for BTC and there is still money waiting to be deployed. At least 21 companies have announced plans to deploy an estimated $3.5 B into their bitcoin treasuries in the last 30 days!. They’ve only purchased 6,675 BTC so far, which is a mere ~20% of planned. Higher.

In case you’re wondering why the government decides how “credit history” is defined, instead of having a market negotiation between borrowers and lenders, it’s because real estate’s entire financial system is backstopped by the government directly and indirectly.
