Love this. We should ask this sequence of questions for everything we do in neonatal critical care.
@Dr_KSGautham I think the questions are whether (1) we really understand the physiology well enough to micro-manage it, (2) if what we're doing to micro-manage the physiology really has its intended effect, and (3) changing physiology impacts the pathology as we think it does (it is causal?).
