@CenturyLink now been transferred back and forth between customer and tech support 5 times. Nobody can help and everyone is refusing to escalate to a supervisor who can actually help. What an absolute mess @CenturyLink. Tempted to post the chat thread so everyone can see this disaster.

. then told me "your account is cancelled and services disconnected". Then they transferred me to yet another person who asked for my "phone password" which I don't know and then they ghosted me. WTF @CenturyLink !?!?.

. I asked to speak to a supervisor who can explain how this happened and they refused. Said my account is now back on but internet is not working. Transferred me to tech support who asked me for all the same details I already gave to the other person. .

So @CenturyLink cancelled my account because *someone* requested a port of my phone number. No validation or authorization from me - just CANCELLED and internet OFF. They are unable to explain how this happened and want me to call the company that requested the port to unwind. .

Anyone figured out an AI agent that actually works for complex flight itinerary shopping (wide date ranges, multiple city options etc.)? Tried @OpenAI and @ManusAI_HQ both and they both failed to give accurate results & pricing was just wrong.
