Yet another overlooked, real win for WI kids in the new state budget deal - fully unlocked funding for Act 20 science of reading reforms. Now, this work has to move out of the political arena and into the harder, necessary work of implementation & accountability.

Agree - see also @GovEvers securing a $500M+ boost to special education funding (to a 30-year high) & $330M for early childhood. There’s a better way forward than capture by far-left groups. We need more Dems willing to lead from (or at least meet at) the courageous center.
