Much of what the student bodies are arguing for could be just as easily fixed with targeted re-zoning, particularly around transit corridors.
Day 3 of public hearings with the majority speaking against blanket upzoning and more of the younger generation in favour. Everyone can have their say but if this passes there WON’T BE any more public hearings!
Remember peoples views change as they get older for better or worse?
