I’ve recently come to realize a major issue in na is comms and I’ve often heard the phrase( only comm the important stuff) but I never hear anyone speak on tone and how much that effects the chances of your info being heard and retained, and important example of this is 1/2

I’ve been watching na advanced closely the past few seasons ( we were almost in it this season) and the quality of cs being played has just gotten so bad, the level of team play in advanced is close to zero at this point, in scrims teams just don’t adjust to what we are doing

I’m currently focusing on my mental health and have found some pretty decent ways to improve mental. My favorite so far is after waking up trying to be out of bed within a minute or two, I’ve also been loving cold showers . I’ll keep you updated when I find more

As a player how much Input do you want from your coach, I’ve been wondering which is a better way to help a team m, I’m stuck between a coach who is more vocal during server time but focusing on notes during scrims, or a coach who lets players develop things during server time

When your tone is close to monotone then suddenly spikes to a louder tone it helps deliver your message of importance way more then every come being in a louder tone

I’ll give teams in na a free tip that I’ve used on every team I’ve been on that has had success, it starts with server time instead of spending time learning smokes you see on twitter or yt or what ever learn micro plays in your default location and 1/2

Just a tip for those players who want to move to the next level of their career (ex: main players and below) learn how to igl, learn how to be a leader and guide a team, learn how to call mid rounds out of a default not just some exec from spawn, NA has such a lack of igls 1/2

Being very transparent with recent loses early in the team’s development, we went with a system we had used last season and had grown used to but in the process we learned that system doesn’t fit with our current roster, now we will redevelop the system we want to follow :)

This season has been just a soul crushing experience. We tried to face every challenge the best we could but new challenges seemed to pop up every week, I feel as I’m 100% to blame for us not having solutions I’ve definitely just been acting as if I’m an inexperienced coach

At one point in my career when it seemed like the team would never win again I spent a lot of time reading comments and began really doubting my self and my team I then realized the people commenting 99% have never played at any level worth anything and learned to ignore them
I hate opening reddit and see spam posts about players performing poorly. I guess I should stop opening reddit but man... you act like THEY don't know they aren't playing up to their standards and posting forum posts about it is really beneficial and will make them play better!
