A Chicago man was exonerated after spending 25+ years in prison for a murder he did not commit. Edwin Davila was framed by ex-cop Reynaldo Guevara in a 1995 murder. At least 33 men framed by Guevara had their convictions thrown out. He threatened witnesses for false statements.
