US removal of de minimis. I would love to get other peoples takes on this. I'm not sure why. but Postal is going to get a lower tariff rate than commercial shipments. Only IEEPA rates apply. The IEEPA rates may stack if there are different IEEPA rates per good. However, MFN

US removal of de minimis: This section is very important to posts. Approved parties can calculate and collect duties and remit to CBP. To be a 100% clear, postal duties are effectively mandated to be collected at origin. There will be no collection upon delivery.

US removal of de minimis. There's an option to choose tiered rates. Since they mandated country of origin in the executive order, nobody is going to do this.

They can't / won't let de minimis ride any longer.
