2️⃣ Improved MetaPhlAn 4 taxonomic profiles of the 3,310 food metagenomes in cFMD, using the latest MetaPhlAn 4 marker genes database (vJan25). This update is the result of collaborative efforts across our research community. 3/4

Here's what's new: 1️⃣ Incorporation of the MAGs added in the previous version (v1.2.1) into MetaRefSGB vJan25, allowing definition of novel food SGBs and increased food SGB representation among cFMD MAGs (+117 prokaryotic SGBs; +2 eukaryotic SGBs) 2/4
