Not all reactions to food are the same, even when symptoms are sometimes similar!. โš ๏ธ #FoodAllergies = trigger an immune system response (can be life-threatening, e.g. anaphylaxis). ๐Ÿ˜ฃ #FoodIntolerances = usually digestive (uncomfortable but not life-threatening). Know the signs.
