It’s been an amazing year!!.
6/25/21 - Chuner, Joy, and I walked in together at 4 am for our first shift of surgery intern year on the ACS/Trauma service. A year later - we’re in the ED responding to traumas at night, nearing the end of PGY-1. #nostalgia #TheThreeMusketeers 😄. @StanfordSurgery

Amazing talk by Dr. Locke! There remains a big gap between demand for transplant and organ supply. It's critical to ensure equity in current allocation policies.
How do we ensure equity in kidney transplantation?.Goal #1: increase supply.Goal #2: ensure equity in access . Great talk by Dr. Locke @UABSurgery, our 10th Ignatius Lecturer!

My parents had just left college as 1st gen grads when they had me. They named me 淳 (pure, honest) 洱 (a lake in my mom's hometown). I had many "English names" over the years, but kept my native name when I moved to the US. So glad I did. 🇨🇳🇺🇸 #AsianPride #Immigrants.
