Calories are not the be all and end all and are very often meaningless. Sugars, salts and saturated fats are right there.
I think a lot of people are in denial about the actual calories they eat π«£ The little snacks here and there add up. That daily latte probably has 300kcal. That salad dressing 200kcalβ¦.
