Enzo Maresca used to live next door to Graham Potter in Solihull when they were at #wba. Potter used to ferry a young Enzo to training every day. Potter will be needing a taxi at this rate.

It's near impossible to negotiate with a hospital if you have health insurance. The insurance company has contracts. You are subject to those contracts. If you don't have insurance then legally they have to negotiate a reasonable price. You are in the drivers seat.
