20 years ago, I had the opportunity to open a high school in Baltimore City. 35 schools have opened and closed in the district in that time. Today we celebrated ACCE’s 20th anniversary with alumni and staff. What a blessing!

EZ Pass came out & it was a cheat code. Then everyone got it, & was often quicker to go through cash lanes, until they created more EZ lanes. It’s the same with TSA Pre-Check now. Time to open more lanes. 250+ folks line. Pretty terrible job staffing today, @SanDiegoAirport

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you cannot punish & shame your way to great schools. It doesn’t work with kids. And it doesn’t work with adults either. This is not news. People have tried & it has failed EVERY TIME. Hold people accountable, but do it with humanity.
