@DCMS @OliverDowden The ridiculous and unacceptable guidance for amateur choirs is a betrayal to what had been promised and communicated in parliament. Its release AFTER thousands of choirs were due to start resuming activities really twists the knife. @abcdtweets @MakingMusic_UK
