Another big announcement for - I’m so excited for @cheftombarnes, our former executive chef in the north-west, who will open his first restaurant @Skof_Manchester next year. I’m incredibly proud of Tom and everything he has accomplished and can’t wait to see Skof in action.

It’s been pretty hard to keep this under wraps, but I can't wait to show Manchester what we've been working on over the last few months. This has been my dream since I started cooking and it feels pretty surreal to be happening! So excited! @skof_manchester. Opening spring 2024.

New dish coming soon to Henrock. Aubergine, glazed in miso and slowly grilled on the BBQ, served with Furikake, black garlic and a broth of roasted vegetables and kombu. Looking forward to getting open again 😊

I don’t get much enjoyment from physical activity, before this the most exercise I got was walking to the Chinese so it is a huge challenge! It’s been a tough year for hospitality so any amount that can be spared will be massively appreciated ❤️

This Friday myself and many of the team will begin the ‘Goggins challenge’ running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours, raising money for @HospAction provides a whole range of support services to help people in hospitality get back on their feet after a setback 1/2
