Such a good interview - compelling arguments about the value of $10/day day care. But without availability, which depends on good working conditions and wages for early childhood educators, the system won't work.

This paper in @NatureFoodJnl came out of an amazing group called STSFAN - Science, Technology and Society Food and Agriculture Network. We meet with colleagues to workshop papers on agri/aqua food tech. Grateful for the work by @g_mascha and Julie Guthman for this network.
