So I mapped this AT the other day, and I don't think I've ever seen a focal AT coming from this exact spot before. Patient had tons of PACs and runs of AT, all sharing the same morphology. Could it be Bachmann's Bundle insertion? @jacabreracardio @DrRoderickTung #EPeeps

It’s amazing how far technology has come, but I’m sure that anatomy and ECG will never go out of fashion in electrophysiology. Very didactic images in this month’s @JACCJournals Understanding Cardiac Anatomy and Imaging to Improve Safety of Procedures: 12-Lead

Paraseptal focal ATs arise from diverse but closely related anatomical locations. There is no site from which ablation is consistently successful. Although some are indeed perinodal & accessible from the NCC, others arise from adjacent structures. https://t.co/doprloyUrf

We published a novel AT mechanism: localized re-entrant atrial tachycardia involving the coronary sinus (CS-AT). Rare (~1%), mimics focal AT, requires CS mapping. Therapy: LA–CS ablation or VoM ethanol infusion. 🔗 https://t.co/yOLYuaGl2X

Great case of redo VT with investigational Tactiflex dual energy catheter on a patient with intramural substrate and previously failed 3 ablations including alcohol ablation. Patient was in incessant slow VT, entrained and terminated at the isthmus site with second PFA.

The #UHF-ECG overlay with the averaged 12-lead ECG signal has become a popular tool lately - generating numerous "aha" moments with question mark morphologies.

Periaortic VT substrates are increasingly common amongst NICM patients, yet extremely hard to diagnosis with imaging. Congrats @NaohikoSahara on leading our group, showing yet another value proposition for ICE. @JACCJournals. #ablateVT Intracardiac Echocardiography for the

#PFA may be NOT as cardiac specific as we thought… (almost) all conductive tissues can be electroporated! One example: 👉🏻neuron cell bodies (eg, in the ganglionated plexi (GPs)) are highly susceptible to irreversible electroporation-induced apoptosis Our study: 📖
