As someone who has closely observed the journey, I know how difficult it was to move from a med chem lab to a mol bio lab. But like always @paramita_srkr has excelled. Check this preprint out, potentially it will solve the fundamental problem of bacterial ASO delivery.
I am excited to finally share this preprint from @JoergLab. We've developed a reporter assay to enable high throughput discovery of carriers for ASOs into bacteria. This was a challenging and exciting journey for me, from MedChem/ChemBio into Mol/SynBio.
