yeah "internet" is the problem here.
When I was a kid, govt used to say Sunday ho ya Monday, roz khao ande. Even veg families started feeding kids 2 eggs everyday. It did so much to reduce malnutrition among kids. For most kids under age 8, 2 eggs is enough protein with high bio availability. Then Internet came. 😢
