Yesterday's #moveamileinmay with the lovely botanic gardens in full bloom...today round my own garden in despair at the carnage caused to my lettuces overnight by those pesky slugs...the doggo didn't care and busied herself soaking up the sun 🌞😎

Our brilliant ward 4 staff had a coffee morning to raise funds for @PipsCharity who are such a great help for many of our patients in @AMHIC especially since N Ireland rates of suicide are so high

Our wonderful Senior Nurse Assistant held a coffee morning in #AMHIC to raise funds for Marie Curie. Lovely treats enjoyed by all and one of our patients did a fantastic rendition of Frank Sinatra! Siobhan raised over £400 for Marie Curie. Well done ✅

Fantastic day #SWSCResearch2024 in Belfast got the opportunity to share my research on developing better care pathways for our service users with EUPD. Met lots of social work researchers and fab people @BelfastTrust @Emckay19 @haz_walsh @johnhand @AineMorrison @killicks2
