My take on Strategy:. - I have said for a long-time that Saylor was ruining a great trade by continually wanting more Bitcoin. - he was pursuing more costly financing options in converts (debt) and prefs (10%+ dividends) and that this would hurt common stock holders. - now this.

TBH, Hyperliquid feels kinda overhyped last days🤷♂️. Most of the buzz didnt come from product updates or insane adoption, but from one viral story. Remember when @JamesWynn posted about his $830M BTC long with 40x leverage? That single tweet basically turned into a legend and made.
Hyperliquid Strategies execs explain why they like HL:. Been watching crypto since 2021 and HYPE is the first coin to turn them from observer to advocate. 2/3 of the $888M raised is in HYPE. The rest will be used to buy HYPE. Reverse merger is expected to close in Q4.
