2/ One project I did was l with Dept of immigration, we bought 420 computers from sterling Corp in SA for the project, we couldve bought these from First Pack in Harare but couldn't coz then they banked with zimbank which was under sanctions.

Its unfortunate that even people who want to run the country think land title is simply a matter of issuing a piece of paper(Title Deeds). The processes required to give rural land any kind of title can get the country broke if you didnt know.
THERE IS NO INDEPENDENCE & MEANINGFUL LAND RIGHTS WITHOUT OWNERSHIP AND TITLE.
The communal lands act is draconian and colonial.
Most Zimbabweans are just occupiers of the land not its owners. Ownership is more than occupation .This sad situation must be addressed immediately.
