I was driving through Kyesiiga- Narozali-Kidda to Masaka City today around 6pm , i found dozens of bodas ferrying bicycles 5 each and was wondering who is financing the campaign strategy.
Dr Diana Atwine, the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health, is in Masaka to preside over the handover 507 bicycles and 10 motorcycles aimed at improving healthcare access in the districts of Bukomansimbi, Masaka City, and Masaka District.
