The stage is set for a special event in the Guildhall this morning marking 10 years since Derry ~Londonderry became the first UK City of Culture. Hosted by Council it is chaired by screenwriter, Sir Phil Redmond chairperson the UK City of Culture Independent Advisory Panel.
