In 2021 WRDA wrote to local politicians urging them to ignore any Gender Critical groups and advocating absolute allegiance to 'trans rights'. If Prof Deborah Boyd has any ongoing involvement with the authors of those letters she is compromised.

A panel member who was a director of a women's group which supports self id and that Trans Women are women is apparently not biased. GTFOH The entire panel is compromised
And so the panel member has ACTUAL bias by being a former director of this group which is under this wider umbrella of groups supporting self-id etc. And by not drawing this to the judge and claimant's attention at the beginning of the tribunal, that is another example of bias.
