This feels even more relevant today in light of the KTW closure. Most publishers did not ask for this bill, but are dealing with the fallout anyway. We all need to work together to deal with the situation now in front of us.
Recently, we submitted a response to the draft regulations for the Online News Act. But any tweaks to regulations need to be made in the context of tech platforms potentially permanently blocking news. Our open letter to Heritage Min @PascaleStOnge_

Tsútswecw Provincial Park in the #Shuswap is still closed to visitors. With salmon arriving some people have been ignoring the closed gate and walking in to the park. The Adams River Salmon Society says the Bush Creek fire did too much damage for the park to be safe to visit
