I've picked up a few new followers lately, which I'm still small enough to find thrilling. If you're one of them, welcome and thank you for following me! Here's a thread of my past threads threads that I hope you'll find interesting.

Drop the "-nian". It's cleaner.

This is what Blair, Wilson, and Attlee have wrought, not Foot, Corbyn, or Militant.

Once you’ve conceded the underlying premises there is no internally coherent argument against equal outcomes, mandated and enforced by the State.

Libertarians get a lot of heat on the e-right but one Big Thing they got 100% correct is that there’s no limiting principle that separates ostensibly milquetoast social democracy from socialism or communism.
Social democratic outfits will literally not give up until we have total wage compression. The 50-10 gap reduces to zero. The urban scarecrow on minimum wage must have the same living standards as the graduate worker on a middle income. That is the end goal to all of this.

You can be a part of making things better, btw. Wear proper clothes. Limit your phone use, use it only as much as you would in 2005 (<1h a day). Be a social anchor for events and informal gatherings. It's up to you!

Even though I am ostensibly on the "bigoted chauvinist" side of the immigration debate, I happen to think that there is, in fact, absolutely nothing wrong with quotidian life in Iran or Mexico or Turkey or Algeria or India or anywhere else. Sending Them Back isn't a punishment.

Not to get all "libs are the real racists" (they're not) but at the meta level it's really rather striking how little attention is paid to the underlying premise of asylum advocacy, viz. that ~95% of the world's countries are unliveable, intolerable shitholes.

Look at the expression on her face at the 0:24 mark of the video. There are deer who have faced oncoming headlamps with more equanimity.

The great thing about this is that it's just blindingly, inescapably obvious that the dumb, vulgar Chud sits at least 1 or 2 SDs to the right of the respected sophisticate on a normal distribution curve, and she has no idea how to navigate that fact.

Empires are expensive - in Edwardian Britain ours was taking up more than half of all public expenditure

Squatting in Dominic Raab’s old seat. The right mustn’t abandon Yellow England. On economy, benefits, and education we are in agreement. They’re poor on migration due to lack of exposure - may shift w/ Boriswave. Shouldn’t let productive classes of Surrey be ruled by libtards.
Sarah Pochin’s remarks on @TalkTV yesterday, about the portrayal of British families, are racist. If she’s not sacked by Reform UK then we can assume Nigel Farage and his party endorse her remarks.

Dear @WesStreeting, I’m sorry you feel that way. Perhaps you could remind us all how strongly you spoke up when this happened.
Fear of racism has come up on the doorstep more in the last few months than during my last 15 years in elected politics. We’re not going back to ‘70s and ‘80s racism - if the majority of decent people speak up. This is our fight. It has always been our fight. And we will win.

Unfortunately some good and decent people would become collateral damage but ask yourself: is there any price too high for ridding the world of just one coconut theatre kid? I think not.

Maybe tells you something that the British class system version of this anecdote would be the other way around (lower middle class person tries to eat an apple with knife and fork to the amusement of their well-heeled friends)
As an aside, anecdote from a friend who came from a French working class background and was admitted to the same elite school as me and was invited to dinner in another student's elite family. At the end of the dinner a fruitbowl is put out. She grabs an apple and bites into it,
