Both @pfizer and @moderna_tx vaccines are ~95% effective. How do they size up re side effects? - Vaccines hurt your arm (duh!) - Few systemic side effects with dose 1 - More systemic side effects with dose 2 - Most side effects MILD Tl;dr - Get vaccinated. Either one!
