This is bad. I'm pretty sure this is what was planned for my trial until an older ADA realized who I was, though that should not matter. There's no request for a continuance. There's no objection to denial of a continuance. There's no writ. Was meant to happen this way.

This is complete bullshit. Not a single one of them was in solitary confinement. There isn't a place in OJC where one can be subjected to solitary confinement. They were literally running around in the dayroom at 1am. Now? Time for true solitary.
#OPINION According to the Sentencing Project, solitary confinement for more than 15 days is considered psychological torture. These boys lived it 24 hours a day.

I was a victim willing to participate. I answered or returned all calls. I texted my ADA the week before trial. I showed up. Learned they didn't give my surveillance vids to defense, so it was excluded. Testified. Couldn't show judge the vid. Not guilty. Incompetence.
