This disgusts me. A young man is killed, and most reactions are 😂 or ❤️. Sympathy is barely visible. If this is normalised, something is deeply fucked up with Canadian society.
This is where we’re at in Canada. A young man was shot dead, and out of 159 reactions, 94 are the laughing emoji & 2 are the ‘heart’ emoji. Together, they are just over 60% of the reactions. Only 14 reactions are of sympathy (sad, care, shock & anger). Less than 10% of total.
