Rhythm has been going well. I decided to back up 2 steps, to see if they can create faster rhythms. By discounting the hurdles the ath gets to exp a faster rhythm than normal. Do it long enough and you see the numbers transfer to the race. All 2022 unsigned seniors #dabbsession

Bad Athletes- Don’t take much seriously Average Athletes- Take track meets seriously Good Athletes- Take Meets and Practice seriously Great Athletes-Take academics, nutrition, rest, hydration, warm-ups, cool downs, summer workouts, practice and meets extremely serious!

I couldn't just pick one. The ladies have been 🔥🔥🔥 all week. I never get the fastest rep on film 😭 Some might say it's early for this. 1st meet is about 7-8 weeks away, rhythm takes time to build. I am happy this is where we are starting. #dabbsession #bullycoaching #hurdle
