Theme developers who do not publish cart drawer events (ex: cart:refresh) to update carts without a full page reload are stuck in the stone ages. This is why @ArchetypeThemes and @maestrooo are eating your lunch. Shopify should standardize this during theme approvals, IMO.

@blanklob The preference is saved in session storage instead of local storage. So it’s resetting to “on” each session. I turn it off sometimes too but I’m curious why you prefer it off by default? Some thoughts here before I change behaviour here … 1. We can make the Keyboard Shortcut

Why do theme devs love Vite? I love it for Hydrogen but not sure I understand the core use cases for Theme Devs?
@benjaminsehl I want Vite w/ TS and Tailwind! It would be nice to separate content changes from the CI/CD flow but also have some use cases where I recompile assets on content changes
