. @racheleats the chip omelette is basically the national dish of Tanzania, known as chipsi mayai (chips and egg in Swahili). It's cold chips reheated in a frying pan, then an egg is poured over the top. It's served raw in the middle with lashings of chilli sauce.

To answer the point everyone's making -- yes they would be better with a different colour tape, but I only had clear tape to hand and wanted to test them out.

So this is popular. I don't know if that means I should keep the headphones as they are or not wear them again until they're tidied up.

I wanted to add Bluetooth to a pair of wired headphones. They work, but I'm not sure I've absolutely nailed the aesthetic design part of it.

I've got a package sent with a company called 'Expediators'. It's currently in Bristol & it's being sent to Bristol. Estimated delivery is 4 days. It needs to travel 16 miles, so it's estimated speed is 0.16mph. That is slower than a tortoise. They need to change their name

Controversial summertime opinion: I'm a meat eater, but when I BBQ, I only do vegetarian food. It's just better on the grill.

My wife is out of the country for 9 days. Trying to take full advantage of her absence, all I can think of is whether I can buy a couple of extra bird feeders before she gets back and tells me we don't need any more bird feeders.

Lots of people asking what people learning to program should do in light of chatgpt. Having played with it for a bit, I think the answer is 'learn to test thoroughly'. We're about to be inundated with very dubious code and good testers might be worth their weight in gold.

After quite a bit of trying, I can't get it any close than this. I think the concept of 3D modelling is too complex for it. Not surprising really.

I'm trying to get ChatGPT to design a 3D printable "car". This is closer than I thought it'd get

Ok, maybe a boat was too complex. Here's ChatGPT's attempt at a wheel design it's not too far off:

To be fair, I'm still quite impressed that it's syntactically correct.

That's doesn't look like a boat! ChatGPT: I apologize. here's a more realistic boat:

Hey ChatGPT, can you design a small boat in OpenSCAD? ChatGPT:

To be fair, this is moot as it's already tried to ram the extruder through the print bed

Thought I'd try putting ChatGPT to work on the 3D printer, but I'm not quite sure this is a valid GCode command:
