Meaning you can’t deny someone a spot on a team based on uncontrollable factors. However it doesn’t include forcing an athlete who cannot do the skills as that’s a high risk of danger. She’s on the team for her skills alone, not because she is made to be there despite her size

Modeling isn’t a sport. Competitive cheer is, there is a huge difference. Majority of boys don’t even watch cheerleading, only if the school has a team. Her team is competitive. Looks play absolutely no part in it
