I am incredibly concerned about the deepening humanitarian crisis in Sudan, and the atrocities committed by the Rapid Support Forces. The United States must put pressure on the RSF and those who back it—including the United Arab Emirates—to end these atrocities.
A flurry of videos shows Rapid Support Forces in Sudan carrying out extrajudicial killings and attacking apparent civilians fleeing North Darfur’s capital El Fasher following the takeover of the city by the RSF. Urgent international action is needed.

The framing is to create some suspense but there isn’t any, Cuomo is going to lose the race by a margin so large the outcome isn’t in any kind of doubt.

I know there are jerks who don’t care about other people. This is a common ailment among humans. You aren’t the first and the publication of your thought is unremarkable.

These sociopath tweets, advertised with such fury, remind me of Hitchens on Ayn Rand. Why do you think your thought was even worth typing let alone advertising? https://t.co/ATtNRnPlSk
@ZaidJilani Americans don’t give a shit about Sudan, and there is no reason they should

UATX boasts of its commitment to academic rigor and intellectual diversity, but half these books are propaganda screeds by people who all think the same thing; others are textbooks, not about "ideas" at all.
This winter, UATX President Carlos Carvalho will lead his seminar "On Capitalism"—a deep dive into the ideas that built the modern world.

Since Obama left office in 2017, the Democrats have had absolutely awful leaders. They’re poor communicators with no vision and they can’t acknowledge basic reality in some cases.

Kamala Harris this week, in 2025, on Joe Biden: “He was not frail as President of the United States.” Should someone who argues this really be in politics at this point?
Q to Harris: Wasn't Biden’s refusal to recognize his own frailties the reason you faced a nearly impossible task? Harris talks Trump & the reporter: "I want to interrupt you — b/c that is a world-class pivot, but it is not the question that I asked you."

I’m seeing a lot of companies saying they are laying people off because of AI. Oddly I’m not seeing any of them lowering prices because of AI.

Trump is selling America for parts. The right has no capacity to oppose this on principle since that’s their principle.
What was the point of the last decade of China constraints when Trump is moving to reverse it all and give away America's most advanced chips? Despite all the anti-China rhetoric, most hawks seem pretty silent.

NEW: The video of Mamdani talking to voters about Trump's win went viral and signified how his mayoral campaign would be different. Nearly one year later, Mamdani returned to the part of the Bronx where that video was shot, a transformed candidate. https://t.co/ys8M91jkIE

The mayoral candidate went back to the same streets where he filmed a widely circulated video a year ago, but this time he cut a very different figure.

The Democratic Party's Tea Party moment has begun. By the time that it's over, whatever remains of the Democratic establishment will be wishing that they had embraced Graham Platner's politics instead of fighting them.

Correct. And some, like @ChrisMurphyCT, seem to get it. Others will get there or get left behind.

Bunch of centrist types held Mikie Sherrill up as their ideal candidate. What’s the cope from them on the race seemingly being so tight?

Here is a really good breakdown of the numbers in NJ. The fact that Dems are doing better in each mail and in-person early vote as well as mail making up a bigger proportion of the vote compared to 2024 are all good signs for them. https://t.co/vhUlDLOwAM
