I'm confused when people who are trying to cut down on calories make meals like "egg whites + avocado" or "zero fat yogurt with nut butter". You're just replacing the original fat source with a different fat source. Why not just eat the whole egg or full fat yogurt by itself?

I recently saw a popular health + wellness creator post a thread about how mental illness can be cured with sunlight and eating meat. I was reading deep into the comments and the creator stated that they actually have never experienced serious depression, anxiety, or taken meds.
