Proposed for 2024: KY: HB5 severely restricts the work of bail funds. GA: SB63 requires bail funds to register as a professional bond company, limits bail posting to 3/year. Failure to comply is a crime. TN: HB2630 prohibits bail payments from charitable bail funds. 3/3.

Criminalization of community care is increasing, and ppl who are targets will have fewer options for freedom. These laws chill organizing, suppress dissent, & criminalize the very human desire to help someone who is suffering and to build a more free world. #FreeThemAll 2/3.
