Virtual ward @CUH_NHS is growing and growing. It’s our one year birthday this November. Many patients at home being cared for by our team. 95% plus positive patient experience by supporting early discharge. A fantastic piece of work by the team with so many benefits to patients
Delivered: 10,000 virtual ward beds. Virtual wards allow patients to get the care they need at home safely, helping speed up recovery while freeing up hospital beds for patients that need them most. We’re easing pressure on the NHS and cutting waiting lists.
