Same thing with the firing range. After everyone qualified, any leftover ammo were burned off. It was fun firing the M-16A2 on burst back in the day. Picking up the spent brass was the only downer. Lol.
Once issued for training, frag grenades cannot be returned to the Ammunition Supply Point. That means that after you're trained and qualified everyone, you have to expend any leftover grenades. Yeah, real tough gig. Last time I got stuck with this was in '94.
