Process producers are givers who use their habits daily to prepare them for competitive greatness Outcomers are receivers who seek instant gratification, focus on results and refuse put in the effort if their is no immediate reward. Winners are productive producers!

Championship cultures have only 1 rule that players & coaches strictly adhere to: Don’t do anything, on/off the field, that would embarrass yourself, your team, or your family. Your responsibility...Be early, prepare, be a great teammate, be a good person, compete, have fun.

As you go through your athletic journey you will start to understand that it’s not about what you accomplish or how many accolades you receive. It’s not just winning/awards. It’s all about the person you become, how many people you help & how you treat & respect those around you!

Winning is a good feeling, but it passes, and what lasts is what you’ve learned. Winning is not the point. Wanting to win is the point. Not giving up is the point. Never letting up is the point. Never being satisfied with what you’ve done is the point. – Pat Summitt

The life of a student-athlete isn’t “hard”. Time consuming? Yes. Demanding? Definitely. Hard? Serve the disadvantaged and you’ll see hard. Figuring out where your next meal is coming from is hard. Battling cancer is hard. Being a student-athlete isn’t hard, it’s a privilege.

Don't forget that "not making a decision" is actually making a decision to do nothing.
