The solely reported formal Ni(V) was generated directly (via mCPBA), but the intermediates on the way were hard to catch. We asked: ➡️ Can we control conditions to observe Ni(III) & Ni(IV) before Ni(V)? And here we are‼️👇🏻 Thanks to everyone involved!
We demonstrated how a Ni(III) bisphenoxyl diradical species (Formal Ni(V) species) is formed methodically using Ce(IV) oxidant, and encountered, in between, high-valent Ni(III) and Ni(IV) species. Thanks @ANRFIndia and @Chemistry_IITK

Why isn’t it disclosed while reaching out to the customers at the first stage when the benefits are spoken aloud. Excluding a hospital just before the surgery is the worst thing a customer could come across.
@StarHealthIns @MoHFW_INDIA Hi Team, I had a star comprehensive policy no P/700016/01/2024/020064 under which I admitted my father today in ICON Hospital, NH-1, Sahara States Rd, Sector F, Jankipuram, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226021 He is having a blood clot in his brain.

Taking a step further with the spectroscopic understanding of a previously discovered formal Ni(V) species..Thank you to everyone who contributed. We also acknowledge @sayams for all the help extended.
We figured out a way to alter the spin localization of an unpaired spin in a formal Ni(V) species in our work published in @ChemEurJ. Thanks, Sharath, Dr. Jennifer, @atAyushiAwasthi, @RakeshKumarIITK, @EerlapallyRaju. https://t.co/G6fEAb3Vwo

I wonder how some groups are *always* like "we screened for catalysts using DFT even before doing a single experiment" and then "we prepared the catalyst and it did exactly what DFT said, and even better" and editors give them a free pass on this fairy-tale narrative. #catalysis
