Shouldn't the passenger get the full refund as he has to again plan his journey to the destination and because of some maintenance work he can't go via train as all trains are diverted and he might have to book a bus/cab which will again charge him about 1000 Rs.Isn't that unfare

Though I have filed a tdr reason being my train is not touching the destination station, but tte told you'll get the partial refund. How is that possible for a rule, I am being dropped about 150 kms from my destination and the refund if I calculate is only about 200-300 rs.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I have called multiple times to both @makemytrip, @amazonIN & @airindia, but still no luck.

They are saying they cannot do it without the Airline's approval or some sort of remark for that particular PNR, for which @airindia is denying they cannot provide such a thing. Now I am stuck between these two conversations; what shall I do? Why can't you people talk and resolve

which in my case is @makemytrip through @amazonIN . And the airline also informed me that your travel agency has confirmed the new time and now if you want change it could be done by travel agency only. Now when I asked the travel agency @makemytrip to provide me alternative.

For the same, at least a reschedule of the flight should be given as switching between 2 terminals in Delhi is not possible in 40 minutes, considering baggage, check-in, etc. I requested the same from @airindia, for which they told me it has to be done by a Travel agency.

Due to which he needs to undergo a neural surgery. I called customer care for intimation of claim in just 2 hours of admission but they told this hospital is in excluded provider list and suggesting me to admit him somewhere else. How can I do this.

The flight got cancelled and automatically rescheduled to 26th feb. Now when I ask @flyspicejet to reschedule it to tomorrow morning, they say they can't do it because @HappyFaresindia have not updated passenger information but then how did they reschedule to 26 feb

The updated load i.e. 5KW comes on a bill but the meter is not yet changed. What if the load increases and meter catches fire? Who will be responsible?
