The number 1 reason why GC digital transformation needs to be program side: classification. You will never be able to staff your multidisciplinary teams if they are IT side. Immovable blocker before you even start.

💚 the Bruce Pit so the clean up was rewarding but let’s never let it get this bad. @NCC_CCN there are currently no garbage, recycling, or compost bins near the parking lot or popular trail areas. Could be a simple fix (75% of trash was near the parking lot n swept into trails)

We asked @KeithEgli to help manage a few things like: -Bike rack in reeds (likely from a nearby school) -Broken metal pole (bottom of toboggan hill) -A fort with ample trash by a beaver lodge 10 days later and it’s done! Kudos to Keith n team for the help + quick turn around!👏

We hit up @NCC_CCN’s Bruce Pit every weekend in April and gathered: -38 bags of trash -4 toboggans (which had exploded into a million pieces) -2 tires -1 cordless phone -1 80s downhill ski -A ridiculous amount of “hook shots" (bagged dog poo hanging off of trees).. ..and more!

One Team Gov is planning a global online unconference to bring together government folks from all over the world. We need to grow the organising committee - especially with folks from underrepresented countries and communities. Please reply to this if you're interested. Thanks!

How. Awesome. Is. This. The @ottawaogl pop up location has opened at the Overbrook Community Centre, with ski equipment and snowshoes to lend to users.  Less than 1000 meters from the trail. Give them a visit! Hours: Tuesdays from 2:30 to 6:30 and Saturdays from 12:00 to 4:00.
